WHAT I SAW : COYOTES (1) VS BRUINS (2) 11/12/16

CAPSULES - COYOTES 5-9-0 The Coyotes love to give other teams
plenty of practice shooting on net allowing a league high 33.7
shots per game. BRUINS 9-6-0 The only thing I know about Boston
is that the last time I was there, it smelled really funky almost
everywhere I went. Just throwning that out there.

DOMINGUE (35) - Sometimes likes to pass it right to the other
team because he loves the pressure. Inspite of the goals scored,
DOMINGUE was a bright spot tonight. Very solid.

DEANGELO (77) - Knocked a Bruins player down in front of the net
which helped avoid a goal being scored on us in the 1st.
That is the kind of physical play we need.

SHOOTING RANGE - 3/4's way through the 1st and it feels like the
BRUINS have had a 15 minute Power Play.

CLICKLIST - ? Is that like a free service?

BISON BURGER - Yeah that happened. With cheese and everything.

CHYCHURN (6) - Leads the team in penalty minutes. He is also
tied with MURPHY for the most "Y's" in their last name.

REIDER (8) - Got the puck late in the first and looked like he had some
space. Rather than driving it down the ice, he sent the puck down
for icing? Just kinda wonky.

DOAN (19) - Nailed MCQUAID with a puck to start the second. With
DOAN's shot, I am surprised there isn't a hole in that dude. DOAN
lead the team with 3 shots going into the 3rd.

FALL OUT BOY - Their songs know what you did in the dark apparently.
Maybe they have like night vision or something.

STONE (26) - I can't say how many pucks he blocked tonight, but I
think an accurate guess would be 3.7 million.

CENTURY LINK - Maybe if you didn't advertise in areas where you don't
have high speed internet...you wouldn't have to say "speed may not
be available in your area". Just a shot in the dark.

MAGIC - At one point in the game, the Coyotes lead in shots 13 to
11... if you watched the first period...this seems like a statistical
impossibility, but the Coyotes were blocking pucks like crazy. Well,
right up until they weren't.

DVORAK (18) - Had a decent breakaway late in the 2nd but could barely
muster a shot on net. This team needs to capitalize when those moments
come.

MCGINN (88) - Basically blamed himself for the poor play in the 2nd.
That kind of thing catches up in a good way as the season moves forward.
Leadership and accountability are key. I am not saying DOAN doesn't run
this show, but veterans backing up what you are saying only helps.
MCGINN followed the lead of some of his other teammates late in the
3rd with an uncharacteristic turnover.

GO PRO - I wonder if we can convince them to put a camera on WHITE's
fist?

DOMI (16) - That look on his face when he was going back and forth with
CHARA... priceless.

RICHARDSON (15) - Does not care about Taco Bell's $1.00 menu. Epic battle
with someone on the Bruins in the 3rd.

DUCLAIR (10) - Several opportunities tonight, but no shots on net deep
into the 3rd.

DON'T WANT TO GO BACKES - 4 Minutes in the penalty box for him. One
of those cost the BRUINS a goal.

VRBATA (17) - When he gets 5 shots in a game, one of them is almost
always a goal.

OEL (23) - Had a few issues tonight. Two big turnovers, fortunately
for him, neither of those lead to a goal. Nights like this are rare
for our resident part-time clothing entrepreneur.

THANK YOU CANADI-ITES - MONTREAL beats the REDWINGS 5-0. I still can't
stand the REDWINGS.
